Please contact us by e-mail, fax or telephone. Based on your request we will give you a offer. In the offer you will have information about appropriate airport, available quarry and shooting dates, length of your stay other planned programs from arrival to departure and total cost of your trip.

If you accept our offer we will need your passport number, shotgun /firearm certificate number (photocopy, scan or fax). We will need the make, model and serial number of your guns you will be travelling with. (see Booking form p- PDF) After we receive all this information from you we will start to work on your trip. (this normally takes about 7 business days to set it up if you are a UK citizen). You will then receive a letter of invitation from Croatian or other appropriate national shooting society. License and liability insurance must be checked before departure. Lasarotta will do all necessary paperwork to provide you with Croatian or other national hunting license. You will need to present it to the border officials at check in before you return home.

To import your guns into Croatia and any other country in the region, you will need to present the guns at the border station together with permission for temporary export from your national police. You must have a valid passport (least 3 months), Shotgun /Firearm Certificate (valid in your own country) and also the Lasarotta letter of invitation. You need all these documents to get permission for the temporary import of your hunting weapons. You will need to pay custom duty (about £ 12.00/ per gun) at the time. At passport control you will go through the Red channel (goods to declare) with your luggage and hunting weapons, to get the permit for temporary import of your weapon.

You can also take (50 bullets and 200 cartridges) of ammunition for your guns (kept separate from the guns). All the guns need to be in a lockable carrying case for transportation (we also recommend trigger locks for the guns).

If our guide does not fly with you a Lasarotta interpreter will meet you at the appropriate airport and transfer your group to your accommodation.

During the shooting trip you will be with a guide. Guest hunters have to follow the commands of their guides and they are only allowed to take the species of game that are specified by their hunting licence.
At the end of each hunt the staff will fill out the shooting list with the shots you took and the services you used during shooting day.

Payments, 50% deposit will be required in the GBP (£) in the form of a UK cheque. For special offers and bookings within 6 months of the trip full payment is required.
