Sporting Estates for Sale/Let in Croatia
At the moment we can offer a dozen of hunting estates with over 8 000 ha of hunting area populated with bear or boar and deer as main game species. Most of this big forest has long lease with 20-80 years of hunting rights on forestry land. The owner of hunting rights in a particular estate has all the freedom as on his own private land and on the top of it forestry commission must maintain forest and roads in big hunting areas. This will save a lot of monies to the owner of the hunting rights and so owner can focus solely on game management.
Within a big peace of forestry land that belongs to the Croatian government there are always a few acres of private land that can be sold to a prospective investor. On this land it is possible to build a new sporting lodge in some of the most beautiful breathtaking sceneries in Croatia.
Most of the old traditional hunting lodges, castles and manor houses in Croatia need fresh investments and so they can be purchased at the moment at a very affordable price for a prospective investor. This presents an opportunity to have a driven wild boar estate, pheasant shoot or ranch with luxury accommodation that at the same time represents a lucrative business for a sporting enthusiast.
Prices start from 150.000 euro for relatively undeveloped driven wild boar & deer estates. Farming Land in Serbia and Macedonia
If you want to invest in farming land we can recommend farms situated in Pannonia plain belonging to the Northern Serbian province of Vojvodina. This land is the most naturally fertile farming land in Europe. Additionally, this region has more sunny days than the rest of the Central and Northern Europe. Average farms have from 10-30ha but after privatisation of government land in 1990s there are created big private complexes of flat farm land from 50 ha- 3000 ha. For example, the cost of 20 ha of 60-80 years old oak forest ready to be completely cut down and replanted is 950.000 euro.
